In late 2019, HomeAid Orlando launched as the 20th chapter of HomeAid America. Through housing development and community outreach, our mission is to help those experiencing homelessness to build new lives. Our work is made possible through the generosity of home builders, their trade partners, industry service providers, and individuals like you.
On any given night in Florida, 28,000 people will experience homelessness; many are families with children. In partnership with Orlando's homebuilding industry, HomeAid Orlando is working to become an integral part of the fight against homelessness.
HomeAid works with reputable and impactful nonprofit organizations that are in need of additional capacity to provide housing, resources and services to people experiencing homelessness. HomeAid connects these nonprofits with building industry partners, who donate their expertise, materials and labor to rehabilitate and build new spaces to serve homeless families and individuals.
